INSTRUCTION FOR USE: AQUAMED GEL COMPRESS is used inside plastic pouches. Don't open and punch plastic pouche. Multiple uses available. Wash only with water when it comes into contact with your body or underwear.
FOR HOT COMPRESS: Plunge AQUAMED GEL COMPRESS into hot water heated around at 70 C or heat it in a microwave oven at a medium degree 4-5 minutes and use in places where needed to compress.
FOR COLD COMPRESS: Keep in the freezer until it reaches the required colrness and use in places where needed to compress.
CAUTION: Don't apply directly to skin, always use towel cover provided. Keep out of reach of children.
